Edinburgh Garden
The main idea of the project was to create three functional spaces in order to take benefits from the outdoor space as much as possible from the morning till night, all year long.
This project was designed in collaboration with Gary Ormiston Garden Design, Edinburgh.
The Outcome
The clients are a young couple that had some specific requirements we have followed in designing the space: a strong and contemporary character with clean lines and evergreen / naturally friendly planting palette; a composite deck linking up the house and the summerhouse; raised walls planters; shade planting in the house area and a new larch fencing around the garden perimeter.
The planting palette has whites and blues colours, with evergreen plants and grasses with the main goal of low maintenance.
